Technical Engineer
Job Description
Responsibility:
- Responsible for more than one plant, he directs, coordinates, motivates the team and provides functional management to the technicians who report within production. Creates a culture of discipline by taking part in the field.
- Contributes to the development of the maintenance strategy.
- Prepares the technical maintenance budget, ensures the progress of the processes within the framework of the budget and manages the spare parts.
- Manages, plans and organizes periodic maintenance and makes planning about performance corrective actions and resource needs.
- Responsible for planning the maintenance, repair and investment needs of factories with the relevant departments.
- Prepares, manages and reports the facility maintenance budget & spare parts budget and ensures that it is used in accordance with the plan.
Qualifications
For this role as a Technical Engineer, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- BA Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 3- 5 years experience in distribution transformer, automation and management, steam boilers and installations, machine maintenance and fault intervention, experience in Tea Industry is a plus
- Experienced in team work and team management
- Fluency in English
- Turkish knowledge is a must
- Flexible working hours
